Notice about shipping to the European Union

Unfortunately, as a UK-based small business, we have had to make the decision to suspend shipping to the EU as of the 7th of August 2026, and this will be in place until September 2026 (or later if needed).

This is due to the implementation of PPWR rules brought in to the EU as of August 12th.

As a small business we cannot handle the costs to ship to Europe currently for the amount of orders we have. As the rules are decided state-by-state, many states have not yet made their rules for small businesses clear either.

However, we hope that we can resume shipping to the EU soon when the rules become clearer, and compliance options are still being actively explored.

Our packaging is plastic free and most of this is recycled paper, so we are hoping that the transition will be easier when this happens!

This is not the first legislation brought into the EU that is hostile to imports from small businesses, and we hope that we will be able to push through this obstacle, too, for the sake of our valued EU customers.
